Starting to get everything together for the Relay for Life in Millington. It's a 12 hour event benefitting the American Cancer Society. Clean your rides and bring them. Gonna do something like an ATV show. Kinda like a car show. This will give the kids something to look at when they come to our booth. All proceeds go to the Relay for Life. It's a good cause. We will sell burgers and popcorn also to make money for RFL. I am tring now to get a sponser so the entry fee will be paid for. It's $200 for a booth. Check back to see my progress.
Update on Relay(1-29-09): This years event will be held at Jameson Park in Millington. The date and time is June 5th at 6pm. We are now in the process of finding sponsers. If you know anyone that want to donate any money have them contact me. We are needing around $500 for all the thing we will need. If you want to Donate something other than money then that will be fine. Things will will need are follow. Hambugar Patties, Buns, Mustard, Mayo, Onion, Pickels, and Foil. We also could use things like Bottled Water, Hande Sanitizer. If you can't donate anything just come join us for the 12 hour event and hange out with us and have fun.
Saturday the 21st we will not ride if the weather is to cold. But if the tempatures get above 50 degrees we will look into it. If no riding on this weekend my wife and I will be making a trip up to Ripley to check out a new place to ride. Not really sure anything about it I just know it's there. If you have any info on the place in Ripley, Tn. Let me know so I can find out more and the location of this place.
We will have a meeting on the 28th of February at Olympic Steak house to discuess things that are going on in our group. I would say 5pm was a good time for the last so we will stick with that. Come and bring a friend that loves to ride.
